Meet at LFA at 9:00 am Saturday morning.

*Pack a light backpack with a change of clothes, a towel and water shoes.  Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes for a moderate       hike.

*There is a chance that we swim.  If you wear a bathing suit, it must be worn under clothing & avoid light coloring if you're planning to   swim.

*Please eat before arriving.  We will eat a sack lunch at the park provided, and grab a dinner on our way back.  Please send money to   cover food on our way back.

*We will arrive back between 9:00 & 9:30 pm.
